Welcome to the Terms & Conditions of Nurture Search Ltd. NurtureSearch.com is owned and operated by Nurture Search Ltd and is made available to you in agreement with the following terms and conditions.

By accessing this site in any way, including use of the services, completing the registration process, and/or merely browsing the site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the agreement; and you have the authority to enter into the agreement personally or on behalf of the company you have named in the registration process, and to bind that company to the agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement, you may not access or use this site or the service.



Description of Services

Services and information provided on the site by our third party suppliers and us are intended to assist in the job seeking or recruitment process. Neither our third party suppliers nor we can guarantee their suitability or prospects of success in any particular case. You should obtain independent verification before relying on information provided on the site in circumstances, which may result in loss or damage.

Your Responsibilities / Site Rules

Use of the Site

We have rules regarding the content and format of jobs posted on NurtureSearch.com . These rules are in place to ensure those users who search the site get results which are presented as clearly and informatively as possible. Remember when using NurtureSearch.com we ask you to act reasonably and responsibly with others. Your continued access to our Site and use of our Service are contingent on your agreement to act in a proper manner. When using our Site and/or Service:

•    You will post job adverts for genuine vacancies only, and not for other products or services, either relating to or unrelated to recruitment including, but not limited to, affiliate schemes, pyramid selling schemes or any other so called 'business opportunity'.
•    You will not duplicate jobs at the expense of other clients’ jobs;
•    You will not attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Site or Service;
•    You will not take any action that we determine, in our sole discretion, imposes, or may impose, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
•    You will not upload invalid data, viruses, worms or other software agents through the Site and/or Service;
•    You will not collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Site and/or Service except as may be expressly contemplated by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy;
•    You agree not to stalk, harass, bully or harm another individual;
•    You agree not to impersonate any person or entity, use a fictitious name, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
•    You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Site or Service;
•    You agree not to hack, spam or phish us or other users;
•    You agree to provide truthful and accurate content;
•    You agree to not violate any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to laws or regulations governing the collection, processing, or transfer of personal information, or in breach of NurtureSearch.com’s privacy policy, and you are responsible for such violations;
•    You will not use NurtureSearch.com to post any false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, invasive, threatening, harassing, inflammatory, fraudulent, abusive or libellous;

You agree that we may, at our discretion and without liability to you, remove from NurtureSearch.com any advertisement which is posted in breach of these rules.

The rules may change from time to time and you are advised to refer to them regularly.


Jobseekers are free to browse the Site, to contact Employer’s and send CVs and/or applications via the “Apply Now” button.


After an Employer’s registration has been accepted by us, the Employer will be able to post job adverts on the Site, edit their profile, and receive CVs / applications from jobseekers.

If you are an employment agency or an employment business (as defined by the Employment Agencies Act 1973 ('the Act')) it is your responsibility to ensure that advertisements you place on NurtureSearch.com comply with your obligations under the Act and Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2004. You agree to comply with the Act and these regulations as they affect the conduct of your business and the advertisements you place on NurtureSearch.com .

You agree to deal fairly and professionally with individuals who may respond to an advert you have posted and not do anything that may bring NurtureSearch.com into disrepute. You will indemnify us from and against any claim brought by an individual against NurtureSearch.com arising from your breach of this obligation or any other of these Terms and Conditions.

Our Role

NurtureSearch.com does not act as an agent for the purposes of recruitment. NurtureSearch.com merely provides Jobseekers a location and the software tools to enable them to find and connect with Employers. Jobseekers and Employers are solely responsible for any issues arising from the use of the Site and/or Service.
We do not guarantee any response to your job advert or that responses will be from individuals suitable for the job advertised. It is your responsibility to carry out such checks and procedures as are necessary to ensure that candidates are suitable for the job advertised and have the required qualifications and personal characteristics.

Any agreements created between an Employer and a Jobseeker are not binding on us. We are not liable for, or obligated to enforce, any agreements between an Employer and a Jobseeker. You will not consider NurtureSearch.com, nor will NurtureSearch.com be construed as, a party to such agreements.
No contractual obligations or offers are created between the Jobseeker and the Employer through the use of the Site and/or Service.

Illegal Adverts

Adverts that appear to discriminate on grounds of sex, race or disability, are illegal and may result in proceedings being taken against the advertiser. If we believe that an advertisement may be discriminatory we may at our discretion either amend the advertisement or remove it from NurtureSearch.com without liability to you to make any refund of amounts paid or due to be paid in respect of the posting or otherwise and will inform you accordingly.


Prices are guaranteed for the period stated on the Order Form. A job posted on NurtureSearch.com will remain live for 90 days or for such time as we agree with the Employer. Any extension of time will be charged to the Employer as a new posting. If no price has been negotiated, a flat fee of £297 per job will be charged for each job advert. Its unique ID number identifies a single job advert. If a customer deletes a job and then either reposts it or posts another, this will be classed as two jobs.

If any Services to be used within any time period specified on the Order Form are not used within that period of time they may not be carried over into any subsequent period without our prior written consent. The Employer will be responsible for payment for any unused Services.

Payments and Refunds

For Jobseekers

NurtureSearch.com is free for Jobseekers.

For Employers

The Employer agrees to pay NurtureSearch.com the stated fee on the Order Form for each job advert. Once we have accepted the registration and reviewed the job advert, the Employer will be able to login and view their job adverts, and be contacted by Jobseekers.

All prices exclude VAT. All invoices are payable upon receipt. Late payment will entitle us to suspend provision of Services. Interest will be payable on late payments at the rate of 3% above National Westminster Bank plc's base rate from time to time.

The payments are made by credit or debit card using Stripe secure transaction environment. Please visit the Stripe website for more information.
Failure by the Employer to pay or provide sufficient details to NurtureSearch.com to establish the payment process described above may result in the temporary or permanent suspension and/or termination by NurtureSearch.com of this Agreement, at its sole discretion.

Changes in Fees and Billing

NurtureSearch.com reserves the right at any time to change its fees (including to begin charging for services that it is currently providing free of charge) and billing methods, either immediately upon posting updated Terms of Use on the Site or by email delivery to you.


Our system will only charge your credit card when the product or service you have requested has been dispatched. No refunds will be provided for Premium Unlimited job advert postings.



The Employer may terminate the provision of Services under any Order Form by no less than 90 days notice to expire at the end of a Contract Term. Termination by the Employer before the end of the Contract Term may, at our discretion, result in loss of discounts agreed for the entire Contract Term.

We may terminate the provision of Services if:
•    the Employer is in material breach of the Terms and Conditions and has not remedied such breach within ten days of notice specifying the breach and requiring that it be remedied, or:
•    the Employer becomes insolvent, ceases to trade or goes into liquidation.

If you wish to terminate this Agreement, you may do so by notifying NurtureSearch.com at any time and closing your account for the Service. Your notice should be sent in writing. Termination of the Agreement may result in the immediate removal from the Site of any content that you have submitted to

NurtureSearch.com. NurtureSearch.com will not have any liability whatsoever to you for any suspension or termination, including for deletion of the content.

Job Posting

Content and Links

If your advertisement links to another site via our external apply online option, you are responsible for maintaining the links and for the content of your advertisement and the linked site. We may remove from NurtureSearch.com any advertisement that contains content or links to a site which, in our opinion, is defamatory, illegal or objectionable or will bring NurtureSearch.com into disrepute. You will indemnify us from and against any claims or liability arising from content or links contained in your advertisements.

By accepting the terms set out in this Agreement, the Employer agrees to provide accurate and relevant information:
•    the identity of the Employer (or Employment Agency) and the nature of the Employer’s business;
•    the role the Employer wants to recruit to, including:
o    the type of work that the Jobseeker will be required to perform;
o    the location at which the Jobseeker will have to work;
o    the hours that will be worked; and
•    the experience, training, qualifications and any authorisation which the Employer considers are necessary, or are required by law or by any professional body required for the role;
•    the minimum rate of pay and other benefits.
The Employer shall notify NurtureSearch.com as soon as reasonably practicable if any of this information changes by updating the job posting.
The Employer shall indemnify and keep indemnified the Nurture Search Ltd Parties and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable legal fees) arising from the Employer's breach of any of its obligations, including as a result of the Employer's failing to provide the information required or providing information which is inaccurate or incomplete.
Limitations on Liability
Through NurtureSearch.com’s Site and Service users of NurtureSearch.com may be able to post content about third parties. For your convenience, the following are some important details of this Agreement that affect your rights and remedies:
•    Our Site includes areas where Employers may post content about an individual or company. We are not responsible for the posting of this content;
•    We are not liable for any contractual obligations or any other obligations resulting from any employment or commercial relationship, whether attempted or formalised, between Jobseekers and Employers;
•    We are not required to or under any obligation to review, screen, edit, monitor, or remove any content posted on our Site, although we reserve the absolute right to remove, screen, or edit any content at any time and for any reason without any notice to you or any party affected;
•    We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any user content that is posted, stored, uploaded, or transmitted via the Site or the Service, or for any loss or damages that may occur because of such user content including, but not limited to defamation, slander, libel, falsehoods, obscenity, or profanity;
•    We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any claim, action, petition or demand for arbitration alleging injury or damage resulting from any use of the Site or Service, whether arising in tort or contract, law or equity;
•    Nurture Search Ltd is not liable under any circumstances to any user for any user content submitted, posted or transmitted by any other user, even if that content violates this Agreement or other policies stated anywhere on our Site, and Nurture Search Ltd takes no action to remove that content or terminate that user’s account.

Our liability, and the liability of our third party suppliers, for any loss or damage suffered by you as the result of your use of this site is limited to your actual direct damages and, except in the case of fraud, excludes any loss of future earnings, profit or prospects or any consequential or speculative loss. As required by law, this exclusion does not extend to death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall decide all disputes.


Database rights and all other applicable copyright and intellectual property rights in the candidate database belong to Nurture Search Ltd. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any rights in the database or its content and that your retention and use of the database and its content is governed by these terms and conditions.
